It’s our favorite day of the week once again! New Music Friday is here everyone! And trust us when we say, this is a good one! We have so many incredible artists to show you, spanning many different genres. We have songs that will make you dance, cry, and sing the lyrics at the top of your lungs!

The Greeting Committee – ‘Can I Leave Me Too?’

Stream ‘Can I Leave Me Too?’ here!
Here at The Honey POP, we stan The Greeting Committee. And with every track they put out, we are pulled in further and further. ‘Can I Leave Me Too?’ is such an honest track. Self-doubt and struggling within relationships are something so many of us struggle with. We think this might be our favorite song from The Greeting Committee, so far!
Scott Helman – ‘Old Friends’

Stream ‘Old Friends’ here!
Scott Helman is an artist who’s been on our radar for quite a while. His unique sound so perfectly blends modern pop with a more alt sound. We can already tell ‘Old Friends’ is going to be one of the songs we have on a constant repeat this summer. Maybe we’re the only ones but we are getting Bleachers vibes from this track, and we couldn’t love it more.
Leah Nobel – Love, Death, Etc.

Stream Love, Death, Etc. here!
What a stellar EP. Leah Nobel sounds so whimsical on each track, you just feel at peace living with this music. Of course, ‘Over the Moon’ is one of the standouts, as is ‘We Never Really Leave Each Other.’ We can see ourselves really leaning into this EP over the summer and playing it way too often.
Jake Brewer – ‘Pilot’

Stream ‘Pilot’ here!
Wow! This New Music Friday is really shaping up to be one of the best of the year! ‘Pilot’ gives such an incredible look into what makes Jake Brewer such a great artist. You get his voice so beautifully showcased, and his vulnerability on display.
Tommy Roland – ‘Shoobie Do’

Stream ‘Shoobie Do’ here!
If you haven’t heard of Tommy Roland, this New Music Friday is the perfect moment to jump on board. When talking about the song Tommy says “It’s equal parts, Jay-Z and Colbie Caillat,” and we can’t think of a better description! ‘Shoobie Do’ is an indie-pop with a twist that we can’t stop listening to.
Eden Rain – ‘Rent In The City’

Stream ‘Rent In The City’ here!
We are no stranger to big-city dreams, they’ve been at the forefront of our minds for years. Eden Rain did an incredible job of making this indie record that we will be blaring in our headphones while walking down a New York street. Eden Rain’s voice is a huge standout for us, so unique and beautiful.
BELLE MT. – ‘The Way A Young Heart Breaks’

Stream ‘The Way A Young Heart Breaks’ here!
We have played this song on repeat for the last hour, unable to move on while writing this article. It’s such an upbeat song with such incredible lyrics. We have become full-on fans of BELLE MT. after this track. They’re the real deal.
Rarin – ‘Big Spendin’

Stream ‘Big Spendin’ here!
We’re back with more Rarin for your New Music Friday! ‘Big Spendin’ is the next track off of his debut project that will be out on June 25th! The track is such a solid hip-hop song, we always love seeing new artists break into a genre that isn’t necessarily mainstream pop!
Rachel Baiman – Cycles

Stream Cycles here!
What an incredible album! We really got the vibes of early 2000’s soft-pop with this one, which we couldn’t be more here for! We listened front to back a few times and are just blown away. ‘Joke’s On Me’ is for sure our standout from the record.
Nnena – ‘Heart Moan’

Stream ‘Heart Moan’ here!
We are utterly obsessed with Nnena! She’s one of the most talented in the business and it’s about time people wake up and see that! After listening to her track ‘Rewind,’ we knew we had to check out ‘Heart Moan’ as well and we are so glad that we did. This makes us even more pumped for her upcoming EP!
Topic x Bebe Rexha – ‘Chain My Heart’

Stream ‘Chain My Heart’ here!
If our girl Bebe Rexha is on the track you know we’re listening. And when you add Topic in the mix it’s a recipe for massive success. The message of freedom coming after surrendering yourself to love is one we can fully get behind! Breaking down walls while it’s difficult, can be necessary.
Calum Scott – ‘Biblical’

Stream ‘Biblical’ here!
Calum Scott has such a crazy voice! It’s showcased so well here on ‘Biblical.’ We are going to go cry in the shower and listen to this song while we continue to get goosebumps from his voice.
