If you love both western and Korean pop as much as we do at THP, you were probably over the moon when you saw that Ryujin and Yeji of ITZY did a dance to Bebe Rexha’s ‘Break My Heart Myself’ for their MIX & MATCH feature with Studio Choom! MIDZY all around the world were buzzing, and it turns out there was a superstar who was just as excited…
Of course, that superstar was Bebe Rexha herself! Just like us, she adored the cover and shared her feelings online. And she gave us a little extra surprise a few weeks later, when she announced that she’d be doing an official ‘Break My Heart Myself’ remix with ITZY!

Their adorable friendship has had us thinking… what would it be like if Bebe had been in ITZY all along? We don’t need to imagine it anymore, because we worked a little bit of editing magic to make her the group’s sixth member! Keep scrolling and just pretend Bebe’s photos were her solo teasers for their different releases.
‘DALLA DALLA’
Let’s start with ITZY‘s debut era, which was full of bright colors and a focus on individuality! Someone as ambitious and hard-working as Bebe would be the perfect addition, and we’re sure they’d have a ton of fun together.

‘Not Shy’
The fashion of the ‘Not Shy’ era was bold and ferocious, which are two words that can definitely describe Bebe and her confidence. This look from her Instagram is like a crossover between the silhouette of Ryujin’s top and the colors of Yuna and Yeji’s looks from ‘Not Shy!’

GUESS WHO
We think Bebe would’ve rocked the sleek, dark pop vibes of the GUESS WHO era! Her style matches what the girls wore during that era so well, and she would’ve fit right in. In fact…

‘In the morning (Mafia)’
We think Bebe’s style goes so well with the GUESS WHO era that we put together another mashup! Just throw a few sequins or pearls on this Bebe look and she’d be ready to jump on stage with the girls.

‘Voltage’
We loved the moto-chic vibes of ITZY’s Japanese comeback with ‘Voltage,’ and lucky for us, Bebe went with a similar aesthetic for her Sinful Colors nail polish line in 2020! She’d fit in perfectly while looking effortlessly cool like the girls.

Checkmate
ITZY and Bebe taking on an elegant concept together? Yes, please! Both of these pictures have lived in our minds rent-free, so to see this Bebe with this ITZY would be amazing. Who do we have to call to make this happen?

Which of these crossovers is your favorite? If Bebe did a remix of an ITZY song, which song would you want her to hop on? Let us know in the comments below or hit us up on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter! Check out some more Bebe Rexha content here and click here for some more ITZY!
