It’s only been two weeks since the mobile game, BTS Island, has been released, and we’re already addicted! The colors, the music, the puzzles, we love everything about it. Of course, we can’t forget about the fact that the game has cartoon versions of the Tannies. If you’ve been playing often, because we definitely have, you may have noticed how accurate the character interactions are. Do you have a few interactions in mind? If you do, hold those thoughts, because here are five things we love about BTS Island: In The SEOM!
The Characters Are Based on BTS’ Personality
Alright ARMY, if you’ve been in the fandom for a while, you may already know that BTS has such a beautiful, genuine friendship. We also know that RM is a great leader, but there is one specific member that looks up to him the most. Did you guess who? That’s right, it’s Jungkook! One thing we loved about the game is that when you place Jungkook and RM together, Jungkook calls him “Rrrrrrrrap Monster!”
This isn’t the only interaction we loved, but when you place Jungkook and V together, V tells him “I’m here because you look lonely!” This is probably one of the most wholesome interactions we’ve seen in the game, along with the interactions when you place these duos together: RM and J-Hope & Jin and Suga<3
In terms of some of the funniest interactions, place these duos together: Jin and Jungkook & J-Hope and Jungkook, and see what happens. We’re sure most siblings will be able to relate.
J-Hope, RM, and Jimin Dancing
Is it just us, or did anyone else notice that Hobi and RM start dancing every five seconds? While they’re busy vibing, as they should, Jimin is happily spinning around and also dancing every few minutes, lol.

Suga Being A Whole Mood
Yoongi is probably the most relatable member in the game. While everyone else is walking around and exploring the island, Suga takes naps every few seconds. Not minutes, seconds. If you’ve placed him on the ARMY Bomb Stand, you’ll see that although he’s having the time of his life dancing to the music, he gets tired afterward and naps again. Can you blame him, though? We would do the same!
Creative Notifications and Puzzles
We never thought we’d be excited to receive game notifications until this game was released. Have you seen how creative the messages are?! Sometimes we get a notification saying “I have seen ARMYs playing passionately!! So, I got you some gifts…” How cute is that! As soon as we read that, we run to the app and open it ASAP.
Also, let’s not forget about the cool power-ups when you’re playing puzzles. The best ones are when you combine the iconic purple whale with another whale or with a purple bomb. These combos clear the entire board! This can be very helpful if you’re stuck on a level, because trust us, we’ve been there.
BTS Joining ARMY
Keeping up with the Tannies is a full-time job, but if you’ve been in the loop, you may know that RM and Jungkook are also playing BTS Island! The best part? You can visit their islands and move the characters as if you were on your own island. Now we’re just waiting for the rest of the Tannies to join the chaos…
