So much happened this month from debuts to comebacks, so this K-Pop roundup is packed! First off are HYBE groups which are thriving! BTS were announced as ambassadors for World Expo 2030 (omg?! this is huge), ENHYPEN announced the U.S leg of their tour (tickets here btw), and TXT wrapped up the U.S leg of their tour (did you get to go? We are j e a l o us), Next up are our girls ITZY who reached another milestone by taking the #8 spot on the Billboard 200 chart with their banger Ep Checkmate (did you put your sneakers on?), which is well deserved. Also K-Pop rookies E’Last reached a new milestone by surpassing one million followers on TikTok (Hello? the content they are making HITS!). We are so proud of these groups.
In more unexpected news JYP announced this month that they teamed up with Public Records to form a global girl group through competition series A2K (intrigued? talented? find out more here). We can’t wait for this global girl group! Okay, we are done! Now, let’s get into many more amazing comebacks and debuts from July.
WINNER
The kings of the summer, WINNER, are back with their fourth EP Holiday, and it was so worth the wait! The title track ‘ I Love U’ is an endearing and wholesome confession song with unbelievably high notes. But this is WINNER we’re talking about, so only they can pull it off. Their mini-album is full of bops, and our favorite b-sides are ‘10 Min,’ ‘Sweet Home,’ and ‘Little Finger!’

More than a year since their last group comeback, WJSN is back with their special single album Sequence! The title track ‘Last Sequence’ is literally the perfect pop dance song for the summer. And their b-sides are masterpieces, as per usual. ‘Done’ is a rave-worthy track showing off the girls’ strong and stable vocals. And ‘Aura,’ AKA their winning song on Queendom 2, is a bop that speaks for itself.

We hear YOUNITE and we are in! We have been anticipating the boys’ first comeback for a while now and when ‘AVIATOR’ hit it really hit us!
