New Music Weekly is back! We have such a stacked lineup, from Lewis Capaldi, to our girl FLETCHER, to Aidan Bissett, and more! Let’s go!
Ryan Cabrera – ‘Worth It’
‘Worth It’ is one of the most wholesome love songs we’ve heard in a long while. The entire time we were listening to the track we couldn’t help but notice how abundantly clear it is that Ryan Cabrera put his heart and soul into this track, and that is the sign of a true artist.

Aidan Bissett – ‘Tripping Over Air’
Aidan Bissett has quickly become a favorite of ours here on New Music Weekly! ‘Tripping Over Air’ sets an all-new bar for Aidan, this track launches him into full-on rockstar status. Since we first covered ‘Grocery Store Girl’ we have been able to see so much artistic growth, we are fans for life.

FLETCHER – ‘Better Version’
‘Better Version’ acts as the fourth and last single from FLETCHER’s upcoming album, Girl of My Dreams, which drops next week! ‘Better Version’ feels like the most vulnerable track we’ve gotten so far, a complete departure, tone-wise, from songs like ‘Becky’s So Hot.’ This track is all about the heartbreak that comes with realizing you made your ex a better person, and now someone else is going to get that version that you always wanted.

Lewis Capaldi – ‘Forget Me’
Lewis Capaldi being in our New Music Weekly this week has us beyond happy. Lewis is one of the best artists around right now, period. From his insane voice to the lyrics that just always hit, he is the definition of a true artist. ‘Forget Me’ is an absolute smash, and the best way Lewis could have possibly reappeared on the scene.

Nessa Barrett – ‘madhouse’
‘madhouse’ is the second single from Nessa’s debut album, young forever which is coming out at the end of the month, and we have to say, this record is shaping up to be absolutely stellar. Nessa is well on her way to being one of the main pop girlies, and ‘madhouse’ is a perfect example of why.

Alesso and Zara have gone ahead and done us a solid and compiled a collection of all of the remixes to ‘Words’ in one place, so we can finish out our summer with this banger as the backing track.

‘Hurdles’ made us bawl our eyes out. This track is so insanely vulnerable, and really makes you think about the time you have left with people and how you should value them. Blair Lee nailed the emotion here, we are left in awe that a song has moved us like this.
