We are starting Fresh Music Friday out by celebrating one of the best voices in music today. Of course, we could only be talking about Adam Lambert. Since first coming into our realms on American Idol, Adam Lambert has been blowing us away with his one-of-a-kind vocal range. Adam’s latest masterpiece ‘Ordinary World’ is a softer, but still just as strong performance, and if this is anything to go by, we are besides ourselves with excitement for his highly anticipated album, High Drama, which is due out on February 24th.

Will Linley – ‘Last Call’
We have a confession! Ever since we first heard ‘Last Call’ on TikTok we haven’t been able to get the track out of our heads. Will Linley knew what he was doing writing a song about dancing to Abba in a club – that is our dream night! We are predicting huge things for Will Linley, and with this level of pop music perfection, Will Linley’s ‘Last Call’ absolutely cannot be overlooked. Watch this space!

Arlie – ‘big fat mouth’ + ‘crashing down’ (stripped)
Anytime we see an artist we love (hi Arlie we love you) is doing an acoustic track (or 2 in this case) we automatically hop on board. Most of our listening history sounds like it’s made for a coffee shop, so acoustic music fits right in our comfort zone. Our favorite of the two tracks has to be ‘crashing down.’ This track feels sun-soaked while still being stripped back, and we can’t get enough. And the lyrics?! Arlie and his pen are unmatched.

Topic & HRVY – ‘All Or Nothing’
We have gushed about Topic before, so it should be no shock to you all that we absolutely love him here on Fresh Music Friday. We can always count on him to make an absolute banger. Just when we think the wave he’s riding can’t get any better, HRVY is added to the mix!! HRVY is an artist we have loved for so long, so this meeting of minds couldn’t make us happier. ‘All Or Nothing’ makes us want to be in a club ASAP!

This is our first introduction to 93FEETOFSMOKE here on Fresh Music Friday, and yeah, we are obsessed. ‘FEEL SOMETHING AT ALL’ is our first glimpse into what we can expect from SUCKER, the upcoming album, so this is going to be an exceptional project. ‘FEEL SOMETHING AT ALL’ takes us back to the glory days of early 2000s pop-punk, and we are one hundred percent here for more it.

Delilah Montagu – ‘Delilah (pull me out of this)’ (Acoustic)
Based on our previous statement about acoustic tracks, we’re sure you guys can guess how much we loved getting another dose on this Fresh Music Friday. Getting to hear ‘Delilah (pull me out of this)’ in the form that Delilah originally imagined the track, just warms our hearts. We need more songwriters reimagining the songs they wrote.

Max Drazen – ‘Not Because I Loved You’
Max Drazen is the moment. ‘Not Because I Loved You’ is such an incredible look into such a vulnerable situation. So many of us have dealt with heartbreak with someone who we didn’t date, didn’t love, etc., and Max gets it, and somehow has put that isolating feeling into a song to let us know we’re not alone in that feeling.

Dasha – ‘Wish You Were Here’
We are ending Fresh Music Friday with one of our favorites, Dasha! Dasha has blessed our ears and yours with her newest single, ‘Wish You Were Here,’ and you guys, she never misses. ‘Wish You Were Here’ is poetic in the way that it explains this situation of missing your ex.
We can’t wait for Dirty Blonde on January 27th.
