Following on from the release of her iconic Plastic Hearts album in 2020 and ATTENTION: MILEY LIVE just last year, Miley Cyrus is finally coming back with the release of her eighth studio album in March, and we couldn’t be more excited about it.
After announcing the release of her upcoming single ‘Flowers’ at her epic New Years’ Eve party, Miley has now also announced the release of her new album Endless Summer Vacation. Miley paired this announcement with the release of an album trailer on YouTube featuring aesthetically pleasing clips of LA voiced over by Miley’s romantic and fantastical description of meeting someone on a boat. The vibes of this trailer perfectly mirror Miley’s description of the album, labeling it a ‘love letter to LA.’
This album couldn’t have been announced at a better time because we don’t know about you, but we at The Honey Pop are so ready to leave behind these cold Winter months. Don’t get us wrong, we love cozying up under a mountain of fuzzy blankets with our winter playlists, but we simply can’t wait to feel the warmth of the sun on our skin once again. We are sure that Endless Summer Vacation will be the perfect soundtrack for spring and summer, and we truly can’t wait to add it to our playlists!
Endless Summer Vacation’s lead single ‘Flowers’ is set to release next week, and we can already tell that it is going to be one of our favorite Miley singles to date. Miley has released two teasers of the song, with both alluding to it being a self-love anthem and championing the idea of Miley treating herself better than her ex ever could. The theme of self-love is fitting, as Endless Summer Vacation will showcase Miley at her strongest, both mentally and physically.
