Music has its way of stealing itself into private moments. On the rise, pop singer Ashley Kutcher’s newest single ‘Everyone And No One’ does exactly that, and honestly, we should have gotten the hint when its opening lyric spells out, “Hold me while you fall asleep // Tell me I’m in all your dreams.”
The song speaks of the vulnerability of an on-the-verge relationship, deciphering if they’re truly all the way in just like you hope to be. ‘Halley’s Comet’
This is another song if you have difficulty gathering the courage to drop the relationship truth bomb. Only this time, if you resonate with the ‘Everyone And No One’ lyric of willing yourself into your crush’s dreams because if you can’t, maybe the poltergeist version of yourself will. Or, you know, your crush can pop up in yours. Either way, it is a fair trade-off! But after a while, you’re kinda left questioning if your subconscious mind is now telling you that this person is really supposed to fill the role of your destined partner… it’s all so confusing! Billie Eilish also seems to be a dreamer, giving us a track that we still thank her for today, ‘Halley’s Comet,’ for it’s in her dreamscape where she can be honest with herself.

‘Satellite’
Okay, internet, we’ve got a bone to pick with you! This song from Harry Styles isn’t purely top tier because of the ‘Satellite’ stomps at Love On Tour but because of all of the little, yearning details that we Harries have a laser focus on. We mean, first, you’ve got the analogy of a satellite itself, which in astrology terms is a fixed object rotating near a moon or planet, so basically, he wants to be closer to his crush, à la “Spinning out, waiting for ya to pull me in.”
As the song builds, so does his anger at the situation, knowing and questioning if he’s the only person who can see that they’re wearing a mask, and if they let him in, he could be there for them. Just as when sometimes we’re in situationships, we feel those emotional barriers. The lesson in it is that you can’t will someone to come towards you. They have to come in when they’re ready.

‘Everyone And No One’
Finally, if all of our feelings could be perfectly bottled down to 3 minutes and 25 seconds, then it would come in the form of Ashley’s ‘Everyone and No One.’ Before we launch a full-blown analysis of the song, we’ll ponder over the single’s cover photo, where Ashley stares directly at an open window, its streams of light belting down on her. Yet, the shades of her bedroom also try to pull her back in. It’s almost as if she’s half in and half out. She wants the daylight to be near, him to be consumed entirely with her energy. To get there, bits of both her and him must fade away.
‘Everyone And No One’ is still within the building of her other tunes. It doesn’t take a different route from the tender piano keys and chooses a straightforward, laidback production that sometimes lends itself to the country genre. However, within doing that, the lyrics are more heartfelt, and the listener can feel more connected, especially when there are such gems like “When // That wedding invite comes, will I still be your plus one?” and the repetitive question of “Am I the one you want?” rounds off the chorus, highlighting her anxiety, as if she needs to keep asking to make sense of the situation herself.
Circling The Date
We’ll give you some time to add Ashley’s ‘Everyone And No One’ to your crushing playlist. Not to be the bearer of good news, but once you get that delectable song stuck into her head, she has so many other bangers, including highly favored ‘Love You From a Distance.’ It won’t be long until you claim the center barrier for Survive My Own Mind On Tour with Rosie Darling as her opening act. Ashley’s sold out the majority of the dates, however, there are some available filtered in-between.
