The end of February has been a gold mine for music lovers like us! So many of our favorite artists, like the ones we are highlighting today, have been putting out discography highlight-level songs. As soon as we heard these three tracks, we knew we needed to share them with you guys in case you weren’t already aware of these absolute powerhouse artists.
Maddie Zahm – ‘Step On Me’
‘Step On Me’ is a prime example of Maddie’s relationship with her pen. This track was written as Maddie’s way of getting out the emotions that come after a breakup, which then brings in that relatability element. It’s such a gift when you can write such specific lines that obviously tie to a personal experience and still relate to the people listening.
We can’t wait to be in a room screaming this song with Maddie Zahm on tour!

Ingrid Andress – ‘Treated Me Good’
Ingrid Andress has had us wrapped around her finger since we first heard ‘We’re Not Friends.’ Now here we are, about to experience the deluxe edition of her second studio album, Good Person. ‘Treated Me Good’ is our first taste of the three original songs that will be featured on the deluxe version. This track is all about trying to move on after a breakup but realizing this person was so good to you that the trauma is losing them, not anything they did to you.

Brynn Cartelli – ‘Secondhand Smoke’
We are rounding out this list with a favorite of ours, Brynn Cartelli! ‘Secondhand Smoke’ is our newest addition to the list of songs we can cry in the shower to. This is a prestigious list, full of only the most heartbreakingly well-written songs! Between Brynn’s beautiful vocals and the punch that the lyrics pack, we have a feeling Brynn is winding up to release her best project yet with her upcoming album.
