We Have Nothing ‘Bad’ To Say About The Menzingers’ New Song, ‘Bad Actors!’

It’s no secret that we at The Honey POP love The Menzingers. So we were over the moon when we heard their recently released single, ‘Bad Actors’ via Epitaph Records. And as usual, they never miss. We can’t stop listening!

This cheery, upbeat single will definitely have you bopping your head to the beat. And it’s also one of those songs you can blast with the windows down on a sunny afternoon with your friends. It’s nothing but good vibes!

Not only do we love it, but the Philadelphia Eagles do too, as they should! This song was featured in the Eagles Gameday Series Soundtrack before the Super Bowl. We may not know everything about football, but we can recognize The Menzingers anywhere. Definitely a W for the Eagles.

On a more serious note, guitarist and vocalist, Tom May explained the meaning of the song:

It’s one of the last songs we wrote for the album and finished it in the studio. It’s an ode to a dear old friend that passed.

Speaking of their 2019 album, Hello Exile… if you haven’t listened to that masterpiece yet, we definitely recommend, ‘Anna,’ and ‘America (You’re Freaking Me Out). They’re two of their biggest songs for a reason, and we promise you you’ll love them as much as we do.
