Fresh Music Friday is back and this week we have everything from songs that will make you cry, to songs that will transport you back to being at Warped Tour. We have a little something for everyone!
Natalie Jane – ‘seeing you with other girls’
We are kicking off Fresh Music Friday with a song that will immediately be added to the playlist we cry in the shower to. ‘seeing you with other girls’ describes that feeling that hits you like a semi-truck, when you see the person you love moving on. It’s a hard feeling to properly put into a song, but Natalie Jane has done so beautifully.

Lewis Capaldi – ‘How I’m Feeling Now’
Well, we are emotionally destroyed. ‘How I’m Feeling Now’ is our favorite release from Lewis Capaldi during this era leading up to his upcoming album, Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent. Accompanied by Lewis’s angelic voice, these lyric pack quite the punch. This album really is going to be one of the best of the year. The proof sits with everything Lewis has released from it so far.

Regard & Ella Henderson – ‘No Sleep’
Ella Henderson always delivers when it comes to providing the soundtrack to any night out, so it comes as no surprise that ‘No Sleep’ is an absolute banger. The pairing of Ella Henderson and Regard is beyond perfect. Both of these artists being such an infectious energy to ‘No Sleep’ that is indeed going to play into many sleepless nights for us as we get closer to Summer.

Teddy Swims ft. Elley Duhé – ‘FACE MYSELF’
Let’s just say right off the bat, Teddy Swims has one of the most incredible voices in music. ‘FACE MYSELF’ has almost a rock feel to the track, and Teddy’s intensely powerful vocals are matched beautifully with Elley’s equally as powerful but softer vocals.
We could easily go for a full project of these two together asap.

Jenna Raine – ‘Stupid Cupid’
Jenna Raine has been captivating us ever since she released ‘see you later (ten years).’ We truly think throughout this year Jenna Raine is going to blow up on the pop music scene and be right up there with the best of the singer-songwriter pop girls. The concept of making a song calling out Cupid for bringing you together with someone who would ultimately break your heart, is genius, and something that we haven’t seen before,

Lauren Ann – ‘Other Stuff’
We are constantly looking for indie artists to fall in love with, and on this week’s Fresh Music Friday we have found that in Lauren Ann! ‘Other Stuff’ feels like it’s going to be the exact song we’ll want to turn on during any golden hour drive in the car. The vibes are perfect.

NERIAH – No One Cries Forever
Let us just say, while we love this entire EP and think it’s such a triumph for NERIAH, ‘Blockbuster’ is a track we couldn’t go without praising. ‘Blockbuster’ immediately connected so deeply with us and has shot up to one of our favorite tracks of the year so far. We need you all to go listen as soon as humanely possible.
NERIAH is a pop star that we are going to be hearing about for years to come.

Two Trains Left – ‘Lack of Sleep’
Any band that brings us back to the sounds of early 2000s pop punk is going to automatically receive all of our love and praise, and Two Trains Left are doing just that! ‘Lack Of Sleep’ takes us right back to being in a pit at Warped Tour, no thoughts just vibes.
If you need us we will be dancing around our rooms to this track until we can be at a Two Trains Left live show.

Krooked Kings – ‘Coming of Age’
We are ending this week’s Fresh Music Friday with a bang, courtesy of Krooked Kings! ‘Coming of Age’ is the exact song we’re looking for as we kick off the spring/summer! ‘Coming of Age’ feels like if Wallows met Bleachers and had a sun-soaked musical baby.
