‘Kiss ‘Em Bye Bye’ is the start of something beautiful, serving as the first release from their upcoming EP, GTFOH. It’s safe to say it’s only built our anticipation more. Talking about the upcoming EP, LEONE has said that it’s truly a piece about reclaiming your power. Hoping that maybe this EP can help serve as some form of reminder to his listeners to stand up for themselves. GTFOH promises to have us in a pool of our own emotions.

We have to take a moment to talk about the lyricism within ‘Kiss ‘Em Bye Bye’ as well. The opening line starts off on a stellar level with, “It had hit like a ton, like a loaded gun, weighted in denial.” Our jaws are already on the floor. The flawless picture painting continues throughout the track as you close out that chorus with, “But say goodbye to my lips, The ones you’re gonna miss, As I walk off and leave you behind, Now kiss ’em bye-bye.” The track continues to illustrate a toxic relationship where you tried your best to see the good in someone who simply had nothing good within them. The empowering build-up of the track is like the push of encouragement you need to truly leave a situation like that as well.
