Need another reason to party? We gotchu! ‘Party Girls’ will be appearing on Victoria’s upcoming album, Jaguar II, which comes out this summer. If you’re anything like us at THP, you’ve had Jaguar in your regular rotation since its release in 2020! We can’t even describe just how excited we are to hear the second part. While we wait, we’ll have ‘Party Girls’ and Victoria’s last single, ‘Smoke,’ on repeat for the foreseeable future. She’s already shown us so much growth this era while continuing the retro R&B vibes we love from her, so we can only imagine how much she’ll blow us away with Jaguar II.
This album is called Jaguar Part Two… so it really kind of breathes new life into Part One. If you’re just now catching onto me as an artist, you’ll know, it’s because it’s Part Two, that there was a Part One, so you may revisit it… It really became a result of observation of people’s attention span. And I know that, if people are just getting an introduced to an artist, if they see a long list, a long album, they may get kind of overwhelmed, so I kind of always intended to microdose my style and my music to people in segments. But as I went on, I just kind of kept adding songs to those little segments.

A lot has changed since Jaguar‘s original release – not only has Victoria had a whole lot of artistic growth, but she also became a mom to the adorable Hazel in 2021, and recently sold out her first Los Angeles concert in under a minute! There’s truly nothing that can stop her, and we can’t wait to see what the Jaguar II era has in store for us, music-wise and beyond.
