2023 has been a great year for new releases, with so much amazing music dropping in the first half of the year alone. From singles to albums, there has been a wide range of drops across genres. We’re here to share a few more new drops with you from the alt-rock/pop-punk scene to kick off the month. Sundressed, FELICITY, and This Wild Life all have new music out for you to enjoy, and we’re here to share their new tracks with you. There’s ‘No More Waiting’ to be done here.
Sundressed – ‘There With Me’
This music video is as cute as the track, with the chorus proclaiming, “Even when it feels like everything is going terribly/I just want you there with me.” We love the storyline of the flower shop romance, and all the shots in the music video, directed by Chase Warren, are so beautiful. What makes this song even more beautiful is that Trevor Hedges wrote it for his wife. That chorus hits even harder knowing that, and we think it’s absolutely adorable. Sundressed is dropping their self-titled album on August 11th, so if you liked this track, keep your eye out for that!

FELICITY – ‘Levitate’
We’re pivoting to a heavier pop-punk sound with this next track. This is FELICITY’s latest release, their last one being an album in 2021. ‘Levitate’ is high energy and upbeat, capturing a pop-punk vibe that will make you want to get up and move. Finger-pointing galore with this song. We can picture this being a great song to sing along to on a drive with the windows down or something we’d be dancing along to in a live crowd. Whatever your preferred method to enjoy this track, it has us hyped for FELICITY and their upcoming music.

This Wild Life – ‘No More Waiting’
This Wild Life’s album, Never Fade, drops June 23rd, and ‘No More Waiting’ (which features Brian Burkheiser of I Prevail) has us so excited to hear the rest of the album. We love hearing Brian’s voice on the track because it fits This Wild Life’s acoustic rock sound so well. Never Fade is going to be full of some iconic collabs, including one with Magnolia Park‘s Joshua Roberts that also just dropped called ‘How’d You Forget Us?’ The wait for This Wild Life’s new album is almost over, but you have these amazing singles to hold you over until then.
