Here at THP, we love Only The Poets! So, as you can imagine, we are beyond excited for their upcoming UK tour. In preparation, we compiled 5 of our favorite songs to help you get excited for the tour!
‘Looking At You’
Starting with their latest hit! Even if you’re not going through the heartbreak that they’re singing about in this track; the fun beat will make you love it anyway! We can’t wait to dance to this at a show.
‘Over & Over’
Yet again, Only The Poets has created a track that’s going to be perfect live! The lyrics talk about doing anything for someone ‘Over & Over’. I’m sure we all have one person we can relate that with!
‘waking in the dark’
Switching gears to a track with a more serious topic. Only The Poets have created a sweet, reassuring tune. One of our favorite lyrics is “If you’re feeling lonely and you’re feeling far away. That don’t define who you are.”
‘stolen bikes’
This is one of our favorite songs! Now, nobody is literally talking about stealing bikes but rather about unpredictability and being impulsive. After listening to this track, you’ll want to “come for the ride,” that is, being an Only The Poets fan!
‘you can do magic’
We’re pretty sure Only The Poets ‘can do magic’ cause we are entranced by them! Once again, they came with a fun beat that we can’t wait to dance to! The song talks about being so transfixed by someone that you’re pretty sure they have you under a spell. It could be just us, but we’re pretty sure some of you can relate to that, too!
