Harries, you better be ready because HS2 is coming! Harry Styles teases new music with cryptic clues. Now, at a glance, you may be a little confused, but let’s just zoom in a little.
On October 5, Harry Styles sent out a suspicious tweet which sent the entire world into a frenzy. What was it that he wrote?
Now, as vague as this may be, this is Harry we’re speaking about. He is a pretty vague guy on social media. But then suddenly, posters that are being promoted by Columbia Records (AKA the label Harry is signed to) have been spotted. If you look closely, you can see the letters: TPWK.
And what does that mean?
It’s an acronym for his famous mantra, “Treat People With Kindness”, which has become a big part of his branding.
The mysterious billboards were spotted in Australia with the phrase “DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE?” written on them. And the first word? Well it’s the one Harry only went and bloody tweeted cryptically, isn’t it?
I wouldn’t be too surprised if he tweets the rest of the phrase out word by word over time.
Update (October 10)
We just had to talk about the fact that there is now a website aptly named “Do You Know Who You Are?” where you can enter your name and Harry will tell you something nice about you.
Update (October 10)
An alleged artwork piece for Spotify’s ‘New Music Friday’ has been spotted floating around social media. THIS BETTER BE REAL AND NOT ONE OF YOU TALENTED STANS WHO CAN MAKE REALLY GOOD EDITS BECAUSE WE ARE GONNA BE PISSED IF THIS IS TO MAKE US LOOK LIKE CLOWNS WITH OUR OVERREACTING.
*Blushes* Oh, Harold… you know me well.
Fans have been eagle eyed ever since Harry’s recent profile with Rolling Stone where he shared that he has spent six weeks at Rick Rubin’s Shangri-La studios with the likes of Jeff Bhasker and Kid Harpoon. He also spilt that the album will be about “having sex and feeling sad” and he experimented with psychedelics to create better sound. A whole mood.
You know that when Harry Styles teases music, it’s not a drill. I have no idea what is happening or what to expect, but I am excited because HS2 IS COMING!
