Australian band Ocean Grove released a new track ‘Junkie$’ with an accompanying video, and we are here to tell you why you need to check it out!
The video itself with its home filmed vibe is fast paced and a fun watch. The track feels like their is an underlying darkness but paired with catchy lyrics and insane musicality this song has definitely made a new fan out of me!
Speaking about the song band front-man Dale Tanner says,
“We address this song to all our fans, our so-called “Junkies”, to embrace the Oddworld and to taste the new flavour. ‘JUNKIE$’ is our unapologetic anthem that we were going to deliver whether you asked for it or not. Cop it!”
Off the back of the February release ‘Ask For The Anthem’ Ocean Grove then went on a sold out tour and performed at festivals as well.
With hints of more music in the works it is safe to say we can expect more bops from this creative original band in the near future!
