Julia Michaels and Selena Gomez have stunned us all, and we have no complaints. During Julia’s LA show of her Inner Monologue Tour, she brought out a very special guest: Selena Gomez. The iconic duo performed ‘Anxiety’ in a surprise performance, and I am totally jealous that I live on the other side of the US, tbh.
This surprise performance also happened to be the first time the pair has ever sung the song together for a live audience. If you didn’t get to see the performance live like myself, don’t fret! Julia Michaels posted a video of the it on YouTube for all of us stans not in attendance.
The joint performance was nothing less than perfection, and we can only hope that this marks the first of many. Julia and Selena’s vocals were a match made in heaven!
Could this on-stage collaboration be hinting at something more? Previously, we speculated that Selena Gomez will feature Julia Michaels on her upcoming album. I mean, how much of a power move would that be? Does this count as manifestation?
Julia and Selena have also just recently gotten matching tattoos, with Selena posting photos of the matching arrow tattoos along with a photo of the pair sharing a smooch on stage. Can someone say heart eyes? 😍
Fans are losing their minds over the pair on Twitter. Between this surprise performance and the power of these queens being so close, I don’t even blame them, tbh. I am right there with them.

Between the past collabs – and hopefully future collabs – and these new matching tattoos, I think I can officially declare Julia Michaels and Selena Gomez friendship goals. Just saying.
