The Tibet House US Announces Line-Up for 33rd Annual Event & We’re Shook!

The Tibet House US has announced acts for their 33rd annual benefit concert and whoa! What a line up!

Expect to see legends such as Iggy Pop, Patti Smith, Bettye LaVette, Margo Price, Matt Berninger, Phoebe Bridgers, Laurie Anderson, Jesse Paris Smith, Tenzin Choegyal, and more to be announced!

Known as one of the longest running, annual events in New York City, the event returns to The Stern Auditorium at Carnegie Hall on February 26, 2020.

This is a night that is set to be historic— with one night only collaborations and an eclectic collection of performances; those of which are joined again by composer and artistic director Philip Glass (who once again curated this year’s line-up).

We don’t know about you, but honestly, seeing Iggy Pop, Patti Smith, and Matt Berninger as well as others in the same night has us shook. It’s all for an amazing cause, which is even better!

Proceeds support the work of Tibet House US: a non-profit educational institution and cultural embassy founded in 1987. This was at the request of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to ensure the survival of the unique Tibetan civilization .

Tickets are available here!

So, will you be going? If so, who are you looking forward to seeing? What collaborations out of the confirmed acts so far would you love to see? Let us know in the comments below or tweet us @TheHoneyPop!
