Niall Horan Gets Us All Crying While Eating Ice Cream With His New Single ‘Put A Little Love On Me’

Niall Horan is in full form right now! Just two months and two days from releasing ‘Nice To Meet Ya’, he’s just dropped his new single ‘Put A Little Love On Me’ and is truly feeding his fans.

Slowing things down after the last single, ‘Put a Little Love on Me’ is a slow and emotional song which he wrote with longtime collaborators Jamie Scott and Daniel Bryer alongside Mike Needle.

When asked if he prefers this new single compared to his previously known favorite song ‘Flicker’ from his 2017 album of the same name, Niall responded saying it was a hard question.

Speaking on Twitter about the new single, Nialler said he “just wanted to release this song because I feel like it deserves to be released and I want you to have it now.” We’re not crying, you are!

Niall also released the music video he shot in Los Angeles with director Cameron Busby which is a pretty minimalist yet beautiful piece of art. We see Niall take on the fans’ request of playing more piano as he sits and plays while his love interest – who knows how to bust a move, might we add – dances around his grand piano. The emotion on Niall’s face truly shows how much this song means to him and we’re just sat here ugly crying.

Make sure you have room in your diaries because Niall is set to join the cast of Saturday Night Live which will be his solo debut on the show as next week’s performer alongside host Scarlet Johansson. He’s also scheduled to appear on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon as the lead talk guest. We’re so excited!
