Swifties are pretty incredible people. Not only are they the driving force between Taylor Swift’s success they also have huge charitable hearts!
In honor of Tay’s 30th birthday, Chinese Swifties chose to take the theme of her song and EP ‘Beautiful Eyes’ to raise funds for Dalian China Guide Dog to financially support the dogs that enable visually impaired people to lead independent and convenient lives.
Back in 2017 it was reported by South China Morning Post that of China’s 5 million blind people, only 200 had guide dogs.

In just a small 20 minutes, the fundraiser hit its goal of 30130 yuan with a total sum of 32162 yuan!

But despite this being Taylor’s big 30th, this is actually an annual event for Chinese Swifties. Back in 2017, fans planted 1,213 saplings in the desert to help protect the environment in honor of her special day.
