Lil Poppa is back and he hasn’t just blessed us with his newest project called Almost Normal. But also with an amazing music video for ‘God’s Hand.’
He has been known for amazing songs like ‘Purple Hearts’ and ‘Nightmare on Elm St.’ And he definitely isn’t disappointing on his newest releases.
In an Instagram post, Poppa reveals that he traveled back and visited his old tapes to hit home with this coming of age story, which is a persistent theme on the album.
This theme is also shown in the music video of his song ‘God’s Hand.’ The video takes place in a church. This is a throwback to Poppa’s childhood, where the rapper actually started rapping at church each week before he built a makeshift studio in his closet.
The cover art for his album reflects the theme as it as collage of old photos chronicling his achievements.
Lil Poppa has decided to bring on multiple amazing artists like G Herbo, Rich The Kid, Quondo Rondo and Neno Calvin on the track. If this doesn’t sound like an amazing mix for an awesome project, then we don’t know what does.

In our (completely biased) opinion: Lil Poppa is an amazing artist that is rapping from his soul. You should definitely keep an eye on him during 2020 because he has the potential to be the next big thing. And who doesn’t want to be able to say that they discovered him before he got big?
