gnash’s new single was just released. It’s been a couple of months since we’ve heard from him but we aren’t disappointed. ‘hungover & i miss u’ is a slower song that looks back at a past relationship and it has us reaching for the tissues.
Not only are we excited for the new music, but gnash is as well.

His last single was released in October and featured Luke Hemmings and Sierra Deaton as songwriters. Since then, gnash has been teasing about releasing new music and it’s finally here.
sometimes i get sad & then i listen to my new music & i feel better. i think that means we need to drop new music soon.

His reference to being sad then feeling better really reflects in these lyrics. It’s very relatable and we hear the struggle of post-relationship feelings.
With his familiar sound, gnash uses the lyrics in the song to show us something we haven’t heard before. He has the tempo and sound being pretty steady throughout the song. It only changes it a few times, which just emphasizes the lyrics.
We could spoil the song and lyrics but why don’t you listen to it yourself?

He’s already had a great career with ‘i hate u, i love you’ spending weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and closing the broken hearts club tour in July last year. We stan the song and we’re excited to see just how far it goes!
gnash’s new single will be on the EP which is set to release this year. We may not all be hungover, but we’ve definitely missed him.
