5 Seconds of Summer Join Fire Fight Australia, Adding To The Already Star-Studded Lineup

The bushfires are still raging despite the countless efforts from firefighters in Australia and joined by volunteers of their brotherhood from around the globe. And, it hits home for too many of our favorite artists, including 5 Seconds of Summer. As the land that one of the hottest bands in the world calls home continues to be ravaged, performers from around the world are doing their part to help.

Australian’s own 5 Seconds of Summer have posted repeatedly on their Friends Of Friends website regarding how you can donate, including introducing a merch line that is set up for 100% of proceeds to go to Australian Red Cross. While both YUNGBLUD and Halsey have put on shows accepting donations in exchange for admission. And our queen, Lizzo, went to a food bank in Australia to do what she could to help as well.

And now, Australia is the central focus of the music industry again as Fire Fight Australia has been announced, a benefit concert with a star-studded roster, scheduled for Sunday, February 16th. Music lovers in Sydney can attend the event, with all profits going directly to National Bushfire Relief.

The star power on this lineup is for the record books, including Queen and Adam Lambert, Alice Cooper, K.D. Lang, Olivia Newton-John, Michael Bublé, and William Barton!

Final and limited release of tickets go on sale today at 10am AEDT! Grab tickets here before they’re gone!

Can’t attend the show? That’s okay! You can support our friends down under by donating under Calum Hood’s name for his birthday, or directly through the Fire Fight Australia website, linked below!
