The Weeknd Releases Music Video For Blinding Lights

The Weeknd has finally dropped the music video for the smash hit ‘Blinding Lights.’ The single has earned over 330 million streams since it’s year-end release and has hit No.1 across streaming platforms and airplay charts in several major international markets. If you’re like us here at The Honey Pop and have been streaming the single since its release, then you’ve probably been impatiently waiting for the crooner to release this video.

In this most recent music video, The Weeknd gets to show off his dancing skills. With the 80’s inspired synth-pop music and the singer’s vintage-like attire, The Weeknd has us feeling like we’ve stepped into a time capsule to the past. Check out the music video down below, and let’s be nostalgic together!

The Weeknd will be performing ‘Blinding Lights’ on Jimmy Kimmel Live on January 22 at 11:35 PM/10:35 PM CST. The R&B artist has previously performed the single on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert as part of a two-night musical takeover. We expect the upcoming performance of the track is going to blow our minds.
