Monkey See, Monkey Do, Monkey Me, Monkey You…Whoa, Theory’s World Keeps Spinning

Hallelujah, Theory, or Theory Of A Deadman as many know them, is coming in clutch with their latest single, ‘World Keeps Spinning.’ First of all, the song is a smash hit, but we had no doubt that it would be. Secondly, we stan a band that isn’t afraid to acknowledge real-world/life issues. The band’s latest single is really bringing all the feels as it dives into some important issues many people refuse to talk about, anxiety and depression.

Theory didn’t hold back on the latest track as they sing about the two life-altering mental health issues. Lead singer, Tyler Connolly, had this to say about the track, “One of the most personal songs I’ve ever written, ‘World Keeps Spinning’ discusses the battle with depression and anxiety, and the constant struggle between feeling great, and feeling like what’s the point. This is a song a lot of people are going to relate to.” It is truly one of the most powerful songs to grace the radio waves in the last decade, and you have got to check it out below!

We know what you’re thinking, and believe us when we say the song has shaken us, too. We just can’t get enough of it, and we’ve had it on repeat since we first heard it.

Theory is also starting the decade with a new album. Say Nothing is the band’s seventh studio album and is set for release on January 31. With emotional singles such as ‘World Keeps Spinning,’ and also ‘History of Violence,’ we just know this is about to be the band’s best album yet.

Both songs are such emotionally powerful anthems that we’re sure we’re going to need to keep some tissues around for the album’s release, just in case. You can pre-order the album here! Don’t wait as it may sell out, and this is one album that NEEDS to be in everyone’s music collection.

While you’re at it, go ahead and grab your tickets to Theory’s upcoming tour in support of the album. The band will spend the first half of the year on the road, beginning with a month-long outing through Canada kicking off January 31 in their hometown of Vancouver with the first of two nights at the Commodore Ballroom to coincide with the release of Say Nothing. The US leg of their tour will kick off April 9 in Nashville, TN. 10 Years will accompany the band throughout their tour. Europe dates kick off June 12.
