We’re On A High From The New Song ‘Drugs’ By Landon Cube

In 2019, Maryland-born singer-songwriter Landon Cube released a series of songs, including ‘Pretty’ ft. 24kGoldn which was streamed more than an astounding 5 million times within the first few months. The track went on to be a part of the Most Necessary and Clout Culture playlists on Spotify, and we can definitely see why.

As if that wasn’t enough, his EP Orange additionally accumulated more than 46 million global streams. The songs on the EP include ‘Nuisance’, ’20’, ‘Makeup’ and ’17’, and were streamed more than 1 million times after 1 month of their release.

Before all of that, his previous tracks included ’19’ which was streamed more than 9 million times, ‘Round n Round’ ft. Sprite Lee which was streamed more than 15 million times, and ‘Drive My Car’, which received more than 14 million streams.

To add to an already lengthy list of achievements, he was featured on Lil Skies’ songs ‘Red Roses’ and ‘Nowadays’, both of which collected more than 250 million streams each. The perfect cherry on top was going on his first tour as a headliner last fall, and as of right now he is on a national tour with Iann Dior, which you won’t want to miss out on!

The most recent accomplishment of all is that Cube has returned with a smash hit and dropped his hot new song “Drugs”. You can listen to the new track right here, right now.

There’s just something about the 21-year-old singer that makes his music completely and utterly irresistible. When his music comes on you just can’t help but get out of your seat and groove to the beat. His discography is extremely diverse, which is reflected by his musical background. Cube’s last single “Makeup” brought his acclaim to a whole new level and is allowing him to reach a new and unexplored height in his musical career.

When he was only 16, he had already discovered his intense passion for music and released ‘Euphoria’ right after his high school graduation. At the start of his career, he worked with Cufboys, a local video crew that went viral, and started gaining the attention of new fans due to his genuineness and down-to-earth personality as well as his talent for blending different sounds. Let’s be honest, most of us definitely did not know what we wanted to do at 16, so kudos to Cube for realizing his dream.

As a result of him teaming up with Cufboys, Cube became acquaintances with rising musician Lil Skies, and thus their collaborations ‘Nowadays’ and ‘Red Roses’ (which reached one million streams in less than a month) was born. Before he knew it, Cube was headed towards Los Angeles and proceeded to soar to new heights, eventually becoming a part of Republic Records’ team. Cube has more than 4 million Spotify monthly listeners and has already created a strong fan base through his songs that are candid, profound, and relatable. I mean, who wouldn’t want to support an artist that has all those qualities?
