Say ‘GOODMORNINGTOKYO’ to Tokyo’s Revenge!

Tokyo’s Revenge’s track ‘GOODMORNINGTOKYO’ is already a viral hit. If you’re on Tik Tok or familiar with any of the dance challenges, you’ve probably heard the song, or at least a snippet of it. The song has inspired numerous dances and has gained a lot of notoriety. Now, the popular track has a video to go with it! The song is featured on Tokyo’s EP MDNGHT (SIDE B).

The ‘GOODMORNINGTOKYO’ music video dropped on February 17th and it’s as energetic as the song is (if not more 😉). Tokyo’s Revenge and producer Cliiiford appear in the video, directed by James “JMP” Pereira. It features the artist in all sorts of crazy situations, trapped in chains with a Cerebrus head, trapped in chains, hanging upside down from the ceiling. There’s lots of chains basically. The beginning of the video has got some crazy camerawork going on too, gotta shake things up you know.

Tokyo’s Revenge intentional anonymity has made him one of the most recognizable anonymous artists out there. He’s made a quick rise to the top of the charts, even charting #1 on Spotify’s Global Viral. He started rapping at a young age, teaching himself to freestyle, before recording his first song with a friend’s equipment. We’re definitely going to keep our eye on whatever he does next!

Starting February 27th, Tokyo’s Revenge will be joining City Morgue on their Good As Dead Tour.
