The Arkells are back with their first new music since 2018. Not only are we living our best lives as a consequence, but we are also stoked to hear what else they have up their sleeves as the new track, ‘Years In The Making,’ has us sitting on the edges of our seats in anticipation!
This song has all the hallmarks of an anthem in both its verses and the powerful chorus! This track will elevate the lowest of moods into the happiest and feel-good motivational vibes and we have it on repeat!
Speaking about the track, band front-man Max Kerman says, “You never know when the universe will deliver a tune from the song gods, but Years In The Making arrived just when we needed it.” Quite frankly, we could not agree more, this song came around just when we needed it too!
“There’s a fierce optimism weaved throughout the jam,” Max continues. “It leans on a question we keep coming back to: How do we conceive of everything we’ve been through, and shape it to offer some love and hope? ‘Years In The Making’ is meant to encourage us to find ways to embrace the bumps in the road, because all of our challenges are ultimately there to help us work towards the dream – whatever that may be.”
