It’s day whatever of quarantine and like you, we’re all kinda tired of staring at the walls in our house. Luckily, Machine Gun Kelly’s latest Lockdown Sessions video for a track called ‘In These Walls’ is providing some much needed entertainment.
The Lockdown Sessions series is a series of videos that MGK posts to his Youtube channel. The songs are all covers or freestyles over samples of popular songs. He even has some guest features, such as YUNGBLUD and Travis Barker. The latest video in the series is a freestyle called ‘In These Walls,’ a Machine Gun Kelly rendition of ‘My House’ by PVRIS.
You can watch the video for the song right here, lucky you 😉
The video opens with a sampling of ‘My House’ and MGK adds his own flair to it. The Lockdown Sessions series really showcases MGK’s freestyle and vocal talent. He brings an intense edge to all the songs he covers and samples. We guarantee you’ll be vibing out to ‘In This Walls’ and the rest of the series’ tracks as well.
The series features some other notable videos as well. This includes ‘Pretty Toxic Revolver,’ which features a sampling of Shawn Mendes’ ‘Mercy’ and his Oasis cover featuring YUNGBLUD.
‘Pretty Toxic Revolver’
Machine Gun Kelly = crazy talented, proved not only by these Lockdown Sessions videos but by the rest of his career. Not only is he in the music biz, but he acts too! He’s starring in The Last Song of Issac LeMay, an action western movie that starts production soon and is starring in Big Time Adolescence, a comedy movie which you can catch on Hulu.
He’s an artist of many talents and he’s worth checking out for sure. Not to mention, he’s providing quality quarantine content. In addition to his videos, he made a playlist in anticipation of and inspired by his new album, Tickets To My Downfall. There’s nothing more you could ask for!
