Keeping us sane during our quarantine Machine Gun Kelly has made it his job to entertain us with various covers over the past few weeks. This time, it was an extra special request. Ever-so nonchalantly, MGK picked up the phone to facetime his homeboy Marilyn Manson. Honestly, as big Marilyn Manson fans, we almost keeled over from the excitement of seeing the two of them chat it up like the old pals that they are. Then, the excitement of Marilyn Manson getting to request the song almost had us back on our asses. Naturally, we thought it was going to be something of the hard rock variety.
Nevertheless, Marilyn shocked us all as he challenged MGK with Rihanna’s ‘Love On The Brain.’ You couldn’t hear any more of an obviously chaotic response. “What?” said MGK as Marilyn Manson repeats himself. The boys give a friendly goodbye, and MGK gets down to business.
MGK Does Rhianna Proud
Showcasing his unbelievably artistic qualities, he adds a brilliantly unique twist to Rihanna’s 2016 single, which had a large amount of inspiration from Manson’s 2017 ‘Heaven Upside Down’. We think it’s really freaking rad. Check it out for yourself:
More vocals than ever before, this cover follows various covers and freestyles unleashed by Machine Gun Kelly over the last month. Many of which have influenced his upcoming pop-punk album Tickets To My Downfall. Last week alone, MGK unleashed his freestyle of PVRIS sing ‘In These Walls’ to his Lockdown Session series, which ended up trending number #1 on YouTube.
Seeming to be a fan favorite, we’re on board. MGK even made Ri-Ri herself proud, as she gave him well deserved clout on Instagram.

We see you, Kells, and we’re glad we do. Looking forward to the next release, keep your eyes on us for coverage!
