With almost everyone self-isolating, a lot of artists have been speaking out and postponing, rescheduling, or even outright canceling future performances. We have made a cancellation masterlist for all the tour and festival news you need right now, and while we’re all saddened by this and some of us frustrated but understand the artists we love are putting our health first.

Concerts & Tours

The 1975

With a heavy heart The 1975 canceled their tour dates. Good news is they are already in the process of rescheduling.

Harry Styles

The Love On Tour pre-sale was to begin March 17th with general sale being March 20th. As of right now there is no word on a cancelation. With dates in November we are hoping things are still a go but the future is uncertain.

Watsky

Recently Watsky dropped his new album Placement. With tour dates planned for the release, it was with a tearful note Watsky informed us all, that they would be canceled and hopefully rescheduled. Fans could either get a refund or have their ticket honored at a rescheduled date. As of yet, those reschedule dates are still unknown and unlikely until 2021 for similar venue spots.

Louis Tomlinson

Amid the cancelations we have a rescheduled tour in the UK for Louis Tomlinson. With dates in September is a shining hope this will all be over by Fall. Fans are excited but as we all know health and safety come first. Louis wants us first and foremost to stay positive during these times!

Foo Fighters

Grohl made an epic statement we should all take to heart. It’s one thing to endanger yourself but another to involve others health and wellbeing. The upcoming Foo Fighters Van Tour is postponed. New dates are set for December with more to be announced, so rejoice and go wash your hands!

BTS

Okay European ARMY, the boys are taking things seriously and rescheduling their Map of The Soul Tour ticket sales. Presale will now be April 29th and General sales will be May 1st. The Bangtan boys also had to cancel the first four shows which were to take place in their home city of Seoul, South Korea, leaving all 7 members devastated but feeling as though it was the right decision in order to put everyone’s health and safety first.

Update: The situation in Europe is being monitored. Dates from April 26th to June 6th in North America are being rescheduled for a later date.

Update: The Map Of The Soul Tour is being completely rescheduled.

Dates for New Zealand and Australia are the most recent to be postponed. Japan was the first to face postponement with a promise for rescheduling. MCR apologizes to fans but they urge this is for the best interest of everyone.

Vanessa Carlton

The new album Love is An Art will still be dropping March 27th, but the tour is being canceled. Both legs of the tour are being canceled for the health and safety of fans, and with regulations already locking down on large group gatherings, it was for the best. There is hope for a reschedule once this blows over, however, for now, the dates are uncertain. At present, Vanessa’s team is asking fans to hold onto their tickets.

Alice Cooper

Regretfully Alice Cooper has decided to postpone his spring 2020 headline North American tour. Originally set to run from March 31st to April 22nd, it has been rescheduled for the fall. Camila Cabello

Camila is the latest to join the sad parade but there is hope. Coming to us with a heartfelt message. This is just a postponement. This is good news. Hopefully new dates will come at us soon but until then. Be safe. Be well.

Harry Styles

Mr. Styles has been pretty quiet, leaving fans on edge waiting for some kind of announcement. Thankfully though, our questions are now being answered. It took so long probably because his team was sorting out all the new dates and poster to accompany Harry’s message. UK and Europe dates are now scheduled for 2021 instead, and tickets for the current tour will be valid for the new 2021 dates. Harry took to Twitter with a series of tweets to share his thoughts and well wishes to all. Performing is his life, so we know this must hurt him as much as it does us.

The festivals have sadly been canceled entirely, and the band has also had to reschedule their South American tour dates (originally set for April) to December 2020. Full details will be announced soon. This one isn’t all bad news, as Metallica has announced that Louder Than Life in Louisville (September 17th โ€“ 20th) has an added date. You don’t want to miss that!

Justin Bieber

The latest musical casualty is Justin Bieber’s The Changes Tour. He has released a statement, announcing that the health and well being of his team and fans are the priority, and for that reason, he is postponing all upcoming 2020 dates. With all these cancellations going on let’s ring in some good news, this doesn’t have to be the end of concerts and enjoyment but a sort of renaissance. We look forward to seeing them live, how about you?

5 Seconds of Summer

The boys were finally able to give us the update we’ve been waiting to hear. What we need to remember is that these artists don’t handle booking and logistics. Their teams work tirelessly for them and us to make concerts and tours work. Unfortunately dates in the UK and Europe have been postponed with all involved looking for reschedule dates. We’re all in this together.
