Kyd The Band Says We’re In Need Of A ‘Heartbreak Anthem’

Kyd The Band and gnash have us spilling our guts. Kyd The Band is a Nashville based artist while gnash is LA-based. East coast meets west coast in this fusion that shows us heartbreak is pretty universal.

‘Heartbreak Anthem’

This duo really brought it. Ever have a song stuck in your head Heartbreaking when it only reminds you of someone you would rather forget. A great succinct story of being haunted by ghosts of people.

"Those ghosts on the radio
Don’t feel good when they play it no
Hits like bricks in the back of my throat
Not letting me let you go
Someone give me a microphone
I feel slightly less all alone when
Everybody chants a heartbreak anthem"

The lyrics walk us through the ins and outs of heartbreak. Maybe you don’t eat or sleep. You replay that one song that can ground you in the midst of the chaos of your emotions. This song is hypnotic and can very well become that song for you. Go check out the song and let us know how much you love it.
