As more and more celebrities show their support towards the Black Lives Matter movement in wake of the many recent demonstrations and protests due to social injustices, police brutality, and racism, 5 Seconds of Summer recently dropped a new Friends of Friends line, this time benefiting Black Trans Lives.
Taking a unique perspective in fundraising, many would agree that not all Black lives matter until Trans lives also matter, and the 5SOS boys have taken that to heart as they open up their fundraising line to specifically benefit the Martha P. Johnson Institute!

The merchandise line was designed by Brooklyn-based tattoo artist, Sanyu Nicolas, and the band has noted that they decided to work with her for her philosophy and relationship between art and mental health.
For this range, we partnered with our friend Sanyu Nicholas, a Brooklyn-based tattoo artist who creates beautiful custom designs. We love her philosophy on the relationship between art and mental health, and couldn't be prouder to showcase her designs in this range. pic.twitter.com/qQsEEXRHod

The F.O.F organization was “created to bring people together to celebrate art, music, and culture, focused on making a positive impact in the community and the world,” and before the pandemic, also consisted of a number of live shows supporting different charities in and around many communities and cities!
You can help support F.O.F in their work benefitting the Martha P. Johnson Institute by buying an article of clothing here, or by donating straight to the institute here!
