HZJM: The Butterfly Phantasy – A.C.E

“Your favorite boys are back.” A.C.E have returned with HZJM: The Butterfly Phantasy and they have delivered a mini-album that only A.C.E can. The lead track, ‘Goblin (Favorite Boys),’ brings us the noise music we love from the boy group and plays with so many other elements. The music video has a lot going on, and that is a good thing. There is so much to process when watching the first time, from the choreography to the different themes and aesthetics they play with, it’s intense, and we love it.

The rest of the mini-album varies from these intense beats, such as in ‘Golden Goose,’ to emotional, sentimental songs, like ‘Stand By You,’ which the group pre-released back in June. The other two tracks, ‘Baby Tonight’ and ‘Clover” give us the in-between; Pop songs that make you feel good and have you swaying to the music. A.C.E never disappoints with their music, and it seems that they keep outdoing themselves each comeback. If you haven’t already checked out A.C.E, well, what are you waiting for? Their time is now, and you need to come along for the ride.
