Growing exponentially, at the speed of light, MGK and his star power is undoubtedly not about to fade soon. Recently becoming the first solo act to win (and deserve) a VMA for Best Alternative Video, this fine fella has made some serious waves surrounding his stardom.
As the release date approaches, we’ve gotten more and more from the man, and today was a big one! Keeping everything on the DL until now, MGK has finally given us what we’ve wanted, needed, and longed for. Well, almost.
His fifth studio album, Tickets To My Downfall, has finally released it’s official album art and track-listing. Both of which are absolutely astounding. Sending fans on a sick-ass-scavenger-hunt around LA, MGK revealed each of the 15- track titles that were placed across benches throughout Los Angeles. Produced by the master of all things punk rock himself, Travis Barker, the record will house features from Halsey, Trippie Redd, blackbear, and Iann Dior.
The buzz around his up and coming pop-punk debut album has had us simping all summer long. It’s been more than apparent we’re excited, but we took to Twitter to let it do some talking with some hilariously accurate fan tweets.
A MGK x Halsey collab is what all of us dream of, and this tweet? Hits the nail right on the head.
Ben Shapiro doesn’t want any of this. WAP WAP WAP
YOU heard it, STREAM IT. SEPTEMBER 25th.
The answer for this one? It’s yes, daily, hourly, every minute, every second.
While we’ve already gotten a handful of superfly singles, we can’t help but agree with this one.
