Everyone listen up! We’re finally getting something new from Marvel Studios! The highly anticipated Disney+ original series WandaVision FINALLY has a release date! Disney Plus first teased the series with coming out “later in 2020,” but we have some bad and good news.
Let’s do the bad news first. Sadly, WandaVision won’t be coming out this year, because just in true 2020 fashion, it just won’t be able to happen this year. But don’t worry, WandaVision will be hitting our small screens on (drumroll, please) January 15, 2021!
About The Series
WandaVision is a six-hour series about Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch/Wanda Maximoff and Paul Bettany as Vision. We first were introduced to Olsen as Scarlet Witch in MCU’s Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) and Bettany in Iron Man (2008), as the voice of J.A.R.V.I.S. before joining the Avengers as Vision.
The series was written by Jac Schaeffer, directed by Matt Shakman, and shot by Jess Hall. Recently during an interview, Bettany was able to shed a little light on the release of WandaVision.

WandaVision is a blend of classic television and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Wanda Maximoff and Vision —two super-powered beings living idealized suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.
