Sasha Sloan And Charlie Puth Together Are Pure Magic!

Sasha Sloan And Charlie Puth Together Are Pure Magic!

Sasha Sloan announced her collaboration with the dreamboat of a man that is Charlie Puth, and we are so excited to dive in!

First, let’s discuss the line heard upon first listen of ‘Is It Just Me;’ “The show Friends was overrated,” is something that’s been exclaimed a million times. This line is pure gold.

Sasha Sloan has this smooth angelic tone to her voice that is so pleasing. And then you have Charlie Puth who’s voice blends beautifully with hers, and it makes for soft-pop perfection. After switching back and forth between this song and Megan Thee Stallion’s album (check out this article for all the hot takes on the masterpiece that is Good News) for the last 24 hours, we can confirm this will be on all the year-end playlists.

We really feel like we have to talk about the lyrics of this song! “Am I just high, or am I kinda right,” come on. We, for one, are utterly obsessed with “Think religion is a business where you pay for God’s forgiveness,” and honestly, you could copy and paste the whole song here because it’s that good!

Listening to this song has made us dive into Sasha Sloan’s whole discography, and we would highly recommend it. It’s found that soft-pop seems to be a comfort genre, so her music is much-needed right now. Charlie Puth does a lot of this too, and we can’t recommend his music enough (start with ‘River’). You’ll fall in love with them both.

We would love to hear your thoughts on the song and on all things Sasha Sloan and Charlie Puth! Tweet us at @TheHoneyPOP or comment down below and let’s discuss!
