We Can Feel It In Our Bones, MOD SUN’s Latest Single Really Hits Deep

MOD SUN has been busy this year. He dropped some new singles, co-wrote MGK’s ‘bloody valentine,’ and released a music video (directed by MGK) for his song ‘Karma.’ Now, with his latest single ‘Bones,’ MOD SUN is getting his fans hyped for his new album.

Check out ‘Bones’ right here, and you can also stream it here:

The emotions in this track are palpable, and you can feel what MOD SUN is going through as he sings. The vocals are impeccable, blending beautifully with a powerful, anthemic, pulsing background track. You can hear the punk influence, especially as the second chorus begins, but you also get a glimpse of a newer sound. With ‘Bones,’ MOD SUN combines hip hop and rock influences, creating a unique alternative sound that we’ll hopefully get more from this anticipated new album.

While we don’t know much about the new album, we can’t wait to see what it’s like! Aside from the singles, the album releases some time next year. We’d like to see some collaborations for sure. Perhaps an MGK x MOD SUN track, seeing as they have worked together before. Whatever this future album may hold, we have a feeling it’ll be a banger. As you can hear with ‘Bones,’ MOD SUN isn’t afraid to show his emotions and some vulnerability. If the rest of the tracks are as raw and honest as ‘Bones,’ we know they’ll be great.

So, what do you think of ‘Bones?’ Are you excited to see what MOD SUN has in-store for us next? Let us know in the comments below or by tweeting us @TheHoneyPOP!
