Megan Thee Stallion Serves Fire And Body at Apple Music Awards

Megan Thee Stallion brought the heat with her performance at the Apple Music Awards. In recognition of being named Apple Music’s Breakthrough Artist of the Year, she treated fans with a stunning six-song set performance.

Kicking off with cowboys riding into an empty rodeo, it lights up in flames as a stallion is on its hind legs. The camera then flashes to a fierce-looking Megan decked out in a gold ensemble. Throughout the 20 minute performance, Megan had two other costume changes as well. You cannot tell us she didn’t serve us looks!

With a performance full of realness, rawness, and grit, the rapper pays respect to her hometown of Houston. Having two No.1 singles and a new album racking up streams worldwide, the Apple Music Up-Next alum is experiencing the kind of breakthrough year that defines the distinction. Megan knows all of her success comes from her Hotties and the people around her. She addresses how positive comments have impacted her as a woman.

Because the women in my life gave me so many compliments that made me feel special and beautiful and loved as a child, that’s how I feel as a grown woman. I am beautiful, and I am smart, and my body is perfect the way it is because this is what I grew up thinking anyway. A lot of people don’t feel super comfortable with their bodies … when the whole time, you’ve been beautiful, you’ve been perfect!
