It’s ‘All About You’ In The Knocks And Foster The People Collab

We really loved the first The Knocks and Foster The People collab ‘Ride or Die’ and ‘All About You’ is one we also can’t help but love, please don’t make us choose between the two.

.It feels like a perfect nod to all the different sides of our influences. Late 90s electronica, meets Britpop, mashed with a hip-hop type gospel sample flip, & an indie pop song. We feel it really checks all the Knocks boxes in the perfect most effortless way.

Ben from The Knocks

We know you haven’t stopped listening to ‘All About You’ since its initial release, but to be fair, we haven’t either. ‘All About You’ utilizes an epic, soulful sample of Pastor T.L. Barrett’s ‘Like a Ship’ in the chorus and is The Knocks’ second single off their upcoming third full-length LP. In the track, both The Knocks and Mark from FTP blend really well together for such a great song! And, don’t even get us started on the music video.

We see the triad walking all around New York City along with a couple of other characters in a very aesthetically pleasing video. We hope we get to see more between the two groups because we know it will be nothing less than great. You can find where to stream ‘All About You’ here! Go ahead and listen to it over and over; you won’t get tired of it. Be sure to keep up with The Knocks and Foster The People as they are always releasing new things.

Though the track was released back in October, it still hits the same. And we also got the music video, what could’ve been better than that! What did you think about the ‘All About You’ mv? What was your favorite part? Tell us in the comments below, tweet us @TheHoneyPOP or talk to us on Facebook and Instagram!
