The magnetic and boisterous rookie group, CRAVITY, has delivered another smashing record. The group released their third mini-album titled Season 3. Hideout: Be Our Voice on January 19th, 2021. The bop filled album is just another impressive addition to the already incredible discography the boys have had so far. We can’t help but love the way CRAVITY is breaking out onto the scene by making sure that K-pop fans all around the world know that it’s their turn to shine.
Season 3. Hideout: Be Our Voice has seven songs, with the title track being ‘My Turn.’ ‘My Turn’ is a song filled with motivation to move forward and chase after the bigger things in life. A mixture of passion and ambition, the song is one to help fans keep their path going forward. To amplify the song’s message, the boys included dynamic and intense energy through their dancing and sports for viewers to indulge in- truly a music video where fans can capture the magnetic personalities of CRAVITY- both as a group and as individuals. ‘My Turn’ lyrics were written by EXY from Cosmic Girls, and Ryan S. Jhun participated in the production.
The album has a mixture of both ballads and upbeat tunes to help satisfy the listeners’ taste palette. Soft tracks that have a pleasing build, such as ‘Call My Name’ and ‘Give Me Your Love,’ help add to the dimensional album. ‘Bad Habits’ took us for a shock and instantly became one of our favorites because, how can it not be? Let us just put that on repeat! ‘Mammoth,’ ‘Moonlight,’ and ‘Dangerous’ all gave us anthems that we can simply get ready to take some amazing pictures in while we’re all stuck indoors. Honestly, a CRAVITY concert seems like a dream right now, right? In addition to the out-of-this-world tunes within the track, members Serim, Allen, and Wonjin were all given lyric writing credits on the album.
We all know that CRAVITY has had an incredible journey together. The album encompasses this and shows the process of them coming together as a band. We’re incredibly proud of the boys and how far they’ve come as a band since their debut. We can’t wait to see what else CRAVITY plans to bring to the table and how they’ll shake up the industry.
