Celeste Bares Her Soul On Not Your Muse

Celeste Bares Her Soul On Not Your Muse

It is only once in a blue moon that the music industry is blessed with an artist as authentic as Celeste. The golden-voiced singer possesses a rare talent and has kept fans and the media alike gripped with her enchanting vocals.

The world has been waiting on a Celeste album for a hot minute. The 2020 BRITS Critics Choice winner finally gave us all that we were waiting for! Dropping smash hit Not Your Muse last week.

The debut album released under Polydor/Interscope consists of 12 tracks. Included is singles ‘Strange,’ ‘Stop This Flame,’ ‘Love Is Back’ and ‘A Little Love.’

The record was primarily written by Celeste and Jamie Hartman and she had this to say on it:

“In making this album I have allowed myself to arrive at a place where I feel empowered, fiercely wide-eyed, and fulfilled. I’m very proud of what I’ve achieved on my debut album and to be in this position, after the year that has been, I feel nothing but gratitude and excitement. I hope you enjoy it.

Not Your Muse has unsurprisingly caused a storm in hitting the top spot with 22,475 sales. The No.1 album also makes her the first female artist in 5 years to top the charts with her debut album – the last being Jess Glynne with I Cry When I Laugh in November 2015.
