British DJ and producer Flux Pavilion continues to amaze us with big flows. This time, he took over Chicago artist Whethan’s track ‘Upside Down’ featuring alternative band Grouplove.
The epic DJ from Northamptonshire is in top shape on the ‘Upside Down’ remix. Since 2009, Flux Pavilion has accumulated experience working with big names such as Childish Gambino and Steve Aoki. The British producer’s work was also sampled on Jay Z and Kanye West’s ‘Who Gon Stop Me.’
In need of new beats? On ‘Upside Down,’ Flux Pavilion created a smoother mood than on the original version. The studio recordings from Fantasy are a little bit more upbeat. Dancefloor filler you say? It’s a perfect match. But the British DJ Remix is the opposite, intertwining dubs and loops at a slower pace. The producer wizardry on the Whethan piece fascinates for sure!
Into The Groove!
Flux Pavilion sets your house party on fire with his incredible grooves. Guitar bits in the dubstep genre? Everything is possible! For the eminent producer, the Whethan track may sound different with the added riffs, but we still find these brilliant originals filled with jazzy tones!
The Flux Pavilion ‘Upside Down’ remix will appear on the forthcoming compilation Fantasy: Remixed from Whethan. Expect these energetic staccatos on Saint Punk’s touch on ‘All In My Head.’ Want to party like it’s the last day of your life? ‘Hurting On Purpose (Biicla Remix)‘ is the perfect combination of techno-house music. Daft Punk left the industry? Nevermind, the remix of ‘Stay Forever’ by Midnight Kids will feed you with great rhythms. The full EP including the Flux Pavilion sound collage is due for release next week! Are you feeling excited?
