Glass Animals Performance Heats Up ‘The Tonight Show’

Usually, heatwaves only last a day, or a few at most, but the one brought on by Glass Animals? It’s infinite. Glass Animals smashes their debut performance of ‘Heat Waves’ on The Tonight Show, Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Shortly after releasing their new version of the single, featuring Iann Dior, the band takes to the late-night broadcast to shatter expectations on their debut performance of the single. The song lands in from their third studio album, Dreamlandwhich coincidentally is what dreams are made of. Stream the album here! We can wholeheartedly promise you won’t regret it.

The vivacious production is the first time the band has performed the song live. Using drone technology, Glass Animals is seen taking over an abandoned Dreamland Theme Park in Margate, England. Sending life back into the otherwise dead park, the band comes together to light up the land with an utterly electrifying performance. Dave Bayley takes the opportunity to showcase just how angelic his vocals are genuinely, and the band’s enormous talent follows suit. Don’t believe us? Check it out for yourself!

Accumulating close to 400 million global streams, a THP fav, we can’t help but believe we had a hand in. As the song itself has amassed quite a few outstanding accomplishments, hearing it live was something we were desperately longing for.

While this performance has satisfied our souls, there is even better news on the hot horizon! Glass Animals have also recently announced a safe return to live touring! Following strict Covid precautions, the band will storm the UK’s 2021 Dreamland Tour in the fall. Shows have already sold out in London, Dublin, Glasgow, and more. But have no fear!
