Here’s Why Travis Barker Is The King Of Collabs!

Travis Barker has been in the industry for a hot second, and within the past couple of years, he has collaborated with some incredible artists. He’s worked with some notable names, but he has also worked with some cool up-and-comers. Sit back, relax, and let’s go through our top Travis Barker collaborations!

‘SOS’ – Sueco Ft. Travis Barker

First up on the list is the new single from Sueco that was released this week! The song is called ‘SOS,’ an explosive pop-punk anthem. Get your studded belts and converse out, we are going back in time to our teenage emo days! Although (to be quite honest), our emo days never actually left us.

‘SOS’ is an incredible track that is only enhanced by Travis Barker’s insane drumming skills. Travis also produced the song with dwilly, who has worked with Ty Dolla $ign and Mike Posner. The track had additional production from Colin “DOC” Brittain, who has worked with 5 Seconds of Summer, All Time Low, and Papa Roach. Sueco could not have chosen a more incredible group of people for his most recent release! We give this song a 10/10, and we are adding ‘SOS’ to all of our playlists right now! Listen to ‘SOS’ now on your favorite streaming platform.

‘Acting Like That’ – YUNGBLUD, Machine Gun Kelly, And Travis Barker

The collaboration between YUNGBLUD, Machine Gun Kelly, and Travis Barker for ‘Acting Like That‘ was *chef’s kiss.* We were already obsessed with the song, but when YUNGBLUD brought MGK and Travis on for the collab?! We lost our minds and added it to every Spotify playlist we had. You know we adore YUNGBLUD and simp for MGK on the daily here at THP headquarters, so this collab was a match made in heaven.

‘Shut Up’ – Tyler Posey Ft. Phem And Travis Barker

Now, you might remember Tyler Posey from the iconic Teen Wolf series, but he’s an incredible musician as well! He teamed up with Phem and Travis Barker for the release of his single, ‘Shut Up‘, and we did not know we needed this trio in our life, but we are so thankful they are. ‘Shut Up’ is catchy AF, and Travis’s drumming adds another layer to the song and helps give it that punk rock vibe that we love.

‘I Love Me (Emo Version)’ – Demi Lovato Ft. Travis Barker

If you all remember, Demi Lovato‘s first album was a rock-pop album that had major emo vibes. We still listen to the album daily and reminisce over the sound Demi had created back then. We love her music now, but those emo-rock vibes were our favorite.

To bring back a little emo in our lives, Demi released the emo version of her pop-hit ‘I Love Me.’ It featured the legendary Travis Barker, and his drumming seriously added another dimension to the song. The lyric video that Demi released was incredible and brought us back to our Myspace emo days. We had Myspace page layouts just like what was featured in the video!

‘Friends Go’ – Maggie Lindemann Ft. Travis Barker

Next up on our list is the collaboration between Maggie Lindemann and Travis Barker for ‘Friends Go.’ We here at THP are obsessed with Maggie, and this collaboration gives us life. Travis always delivers when he collaborates with artists, and this one is no different. He was able to add another layer to the song and made us love it that much more!

’11 Minutes’ – YUNGBLUD + Halsey Ft. Travis Barker

Last on our list, but certainly not least, is ’11 Minutes.’ YUNGBLUD teaming up with Halsey and Travis? Sign us up! Since this song was released, we have had it playing non-stop. It is one of our favorite songs, and the drumming, like always, is five stars! The video is one of the best videos we have seen in a while as well. We love the different chapters/emotions they go through. Watch it below!
