Artists On The Road – This Week’s Tour Updates!

Welcome back to artists on the road, The Honey POP’s weekly article dedicated to all of the latest live music updates. And what a week of announcements it has been!

James Blunt

After the announcement of his greatest hits album The Stars Beneath My Feet set to be released November 19th, James Blunt announced a massive UK tour to go alongside it. This tour will see James celebrate a stellar 17-year career that has spawned over 23 million album sales, a global smash hit with ‘You’re Beautiful,’ six incredible albums, and more!

The tour begins in February 2022 and will see the artist on the road for nine dates including Brighton, Leeds, Manchester, and even one in London’s Wembley Arena! Tickets for James Blunt’s tour go on sale Friday, July 23rd at 10 AM and can be found here.

John Mayer

There’s nobody quite like American singer/songwriter John Mayer. Over the years, the iconic songwriter and guitarist has captivated the world with his beautiful songs and impeccable lyricism.

Alongside releasing his eighth studio album Sob Rock this week, Mayer recently revealed he would be going back on tour in 2022. Kicking off on February 17th in New York, the artist will be on the road for this 24 date tour. Tickets will be on sale on July 23rd at 11 AM and will be available to buy here. Tom Odell

Undoubtedly, fans of Tom Odell were super excited to see the British singer-songwriter make his return to music with his gut-wrenching new album Monsters earlier this month. The album comes three years after his last album Jubilee Road and shows a more haunting and vulnerable side to the artist. Alongside this, Tom Odell also announced a huge US tour!

The artist is set to be on the road in spring of 2022 with The Monster Tour. The 15 North American dates begin in March, just after his UK and Ireland tour set to begin in February. All tickets to see The Monster Tour can be purchased from here!

Regard

Regard is an award-winning DJ and producer who has gained global attention for his work after his smash hit single ‘Ride It.’ As well as working with the likes of British singer RAYE, the artist’s latest collaboration is with rising stars Troye Sivan and Tate McRae for their song ‘You.’

Recently, Regard announced he would embark on his first-ever headlining tour this fall! Fans will also get to watch DJ Sigala who will be a part of the US tour as well. This North American tour is going to be an unforgettable one with the artist being on the road for 16 dates! The DJ will also make appearances at a few festivals over the summer. Hatebreed

Since the beginning of their career in 1994, the American metalcore band Hatebreed has released eight studio albums. Their latest release is the 2020 album Weight Of The False Self.

As a result of the band In Flames no longer being able to attend, Hatebreed have just been announced instead, and will be joining Megadeth & Lamb Of God on their co-headlining tour – The Metal Tour Of The Year. As well as Hatebreed, the bands will also have special guests Trivium on tour with them. This 29 stop tour will be the most epic metal extravaganza of the year and if you’re a fan of heavy metal, you do not want to miss it! EELS

EELS have had one of the most consistently acclaimed careers in music. After forming in 1996, EELS have released 12 studio albums, and their most recent release Earth To Dora, came in October 2020. After not being able to tour as planned due to the pandemic, fans will be excited to hear that they will finally get to hear Earth To Dora live after all!

EELS have just unveiled that they will be putting on a huge tour! Set to begin in spring 2022, the artists will be on the road for the LOCKDOWN HURRICANE TOUR in the UK, Europe, and North America. The tour will begin in the UK next March and will continue until May. We can’t wait to find out what the setlist will be! All information as well as where to buy tickets can be found here.

Michigander

Michigander is a rising indie-rock artist also known as Jason Singer. The artist recently released his latest EP Everything Will Be OK Eventually alongside a North American tour!

This week, Michigander announced the artists that will be supporting him on the Everything Will Be OK Eventually tour happening this fall! On each new date, there will be a new support act. What a fun idea! On the tour with Michigander will be artists such as Stay Outside, The Fade, and many more. As well as this, Michigander also announced a new date on the tour in Chicago! You will also be able to catch the indie artist at many festivals over the summer such as Lollapalooza, Firefly, Summerfest, and more! All tickets to see Michigander can be found here!

100 gecs

100 gecs are an American music duo consisting of Dylan Brady and Laura Les. The duo released their debut album in 2019 and captured the hearts of fans and critics alike, with NME labeling them a “brain-melting, genre-crushing vision of pop’s future.” In just a few months following the release of the self-titled album, the band went from playing their first concert inside the video game Minecraft, to selling out every show they’ve ever played live! You should really check them out if you haven’t already!

After having the all-clear to perform live again, 100 gecs are returning to announce their forthcoming tour! The 10,000 gecs is a North American tour that will see the artists on the road this fall with 34 dates in total. Tickets for this tour are on sale now so grab your tickets here before it sells out!

Claire Rosinkranz

The brilliant Claire Rosinkranz is an American pop artist. Within a year, the 17-year-old phenomenon has eclipsed over half-a-billion total streams and received widespread acclaim courtesy of Rolling StoneVariety and morem as well as Billboard naming her breakout anthem ‘Backyard Boy’ as one of the best songs of 2020! With all of this under her belt, the California singer has just announced a US tour!

The Claire Rosinkranz Tour will be the artist’s first-ever tour! The tour is in support of her recently released sophomore EP 6 Of A Billion. It is set to take place this November and will see the artist on the road in six different cities! All tickets are on sale now and you can grab yours here!

Pi’erre Bourne

Pi’erre Bourne is a rapper and producer from America. The rapper recently released his latest album The Life Of Pi’erre 5. The 16-track installment has gained Pi’erre lots of success throughout the music industry, including being named the “Most Anticipated Albums of Summer 2021” by Pitchfork.

Following the release of The Life Of Pi’erre 5, the artist has just revealed he will be taking the album on tour this year! The artist will be on the road for a highly anticipated US headliner this summer. Pi’erre is set to kick off his long-awaited string of dates in Miami this week at Rolling Loud before heading out on August 8th, for his 13 date tour. Charlotte Cardin

The incredibly gifted Charlotte Cardin is a talented singer from Canada. Known for creating personal anthems about life and love without filter, Charlotte Cardin made waves worldwide with her 2017 Ep Main Girl as well as having major success with her debut album Phoenix.

The globally-acclaimed singer/songwriter recently just announced that she will be embarking on a North American tour. The artist will be on the road from this fall until spring of 2022 with the Phoenix Tour. The newly revealed US leg kicks off November 11th in New York City and ends with a sold-out show in Quebec on March 19th. Tickets for the Phoenix Tour can be found here.

James Morrison

Fans of James Morrison in the UK will be happy to find out that after two-and-a-half years, the artist will be back on the road with his first-ever Greatest Hits Tour! Featuring his five unforgettable hits together with a selection of fan favorites, the tour represents a life-affirming celebration of a remarkable career that has spanned 15 years.

Kicking off in March 2022, James will be on the road through April, with the 22-date tour including a major London show at the Palladium. James will be playing to a total audience of approximately 45,000 people, will you be one of them? Tickets for this unmissable tour will be on sale July 22nd at 10 AM and can be bought from here!

Ohana Festival

Ohana Festival is a Los Angeles-based festival that was started in 2015. Open to all ages, this year’s festival will take place September 24th – September 26th with headliners Pearl Jam, Kings Of Leon, and Eddie Vedder!

Due to overwhelming demand, there will be an encore weekend for the fifth annual Ohana Festival! The encore festival will be taking place Friday, October 1st – Saturday, October 2nd! The headliner for both of the encore shows will be Pearl Jam alongside other artists including Lord Huron, White Reaper, and lots more! 311

Recently, the American rock band 311 announced that they would be going on tour in the US this fall. The artist will be on the road for 36 shows, spanning August 21 – October 17, with special guests Iration and Iya Terra! Tickets for these shows can be found here!

As well as their tour, 311 will also be putting on 10 live virtual shows! These shows will be filmed and aired during the upcoming tour and will give fans an opportunity to see the band live, even if they cannot make the tour! GASHI

GASHI is an Albanian-American rapper, singer, and songwriter based in Brooklyn, New York. In the last couple of years, GASHI has released two studio albums as well as selling out venues across the globe! His unique and dynamic sound has allowed GASHI to collaborate with a wide range of talents including Travis Scott.

Fans of genre-bending artist GASHI will happy to hear he announced his Out The Door North American tour this week! The artist will be on the road for a 24-date tour starting spring of 2022. Tickets for the tour will go on sale to the general public on July 23rd at 10 AM Local Time and can be purchased here.

Intervals

Intervals is no stranger to stepping outside of the box! He’s built a career on trusting his instincts, even when that intuition has led him down a road that others are too afraid of. On Intervals’ latest record, Circadian, Marshall continues to push the limit at every turn, resulting in arguably the most dynamic record in the band’s highly-revered discography!

As well as the latest album, Intervals has recently announced a tour to take place this fall. The tour will see Intervals perform songs from Circadian live for the first time! A tour that fans of Intervals will definitely not want to miss! The artist will be on the road with supporting acts Thank You Scientist and Cryptodira. Dave Matthews Band

The incredibly talented Dave Matthews Band have just announced additional dates for their upcoming tour! The band has unveiled a new date in Columbus on November 5th as well as two shows to take place in Madison Square Garden in New York on November 12th and 13th. These will come after the band’s North American tour taking place this summer! Tickets for these new dates will be on sale July 30th and can be found here.

Additionally, fans can enter to win a trip to New York to see Dave Matthews Band! Entering will also help support the band’s mission to plant a million more trees.
