Let’s Recap Day One Of Lollapalooza

As Lollapalooza 2021 comes to a close, we knew we had to recap our favorite performances for you guys! The lineup this year was one of the best we’ve ever seen, so it’s no surprise that it was a weekend full of killer sets! While we can’t wait to talk about every day of performances, we’re going to start with day one!

If we’re going to name one artist as having the ultimate Lollapalooza set, it’s Miley Cyrus. Her setlist was stacked with hits and covers as well as special guests. We lost our minds when Miley sang ‘7 Things’ and ‘See You Again.’ That was the perfect throwback to our youth. We’re in desperate need of a Miley Cyrus world tour in 2022!

Aly & AJ

Aly & AJ are always going to deliver! That’s a promise! Fresh off the release of the duo’s cover of The Nationals ‘I Need My Girl,’ they rocked the stage at Lollapalooza! They performed everything from ‘Potential Breakup Song’ to our favorite tracks from their album a touch of the beat gets you up on your feet gets you out and then into the sun.

MAX

We have to start by saying we couldn’t be more proud of MAX. Seeing MAX play for crowds of this size and them singing every word back, is the greatest thing. His setlist was front-to-back jams, and of course, he closed out the set with ‘Lights Down Low’ and ‘Checklist.’

All Time Low

All Time Low is one of the best bands you can see live, easily. Their energy is unmatched, and they brought that energy to Lollapalooza. All Time Low performed all their hits, and of course, they ended with ‘Dear Maria Count Me In.’ Our only downfall is that ‘Vegas’ was paid dust, but we’ll look past that.

Olivia O’Brien

We’ll never get over watching Olivia O’Brien perform. She has so much energy and makes the most incredible pop music, that always has the audience so hyped. If there’s one thing we can confidently say we have to experience next year, it’s a sold-out crowd singing ‘Josslyn’ live.

Ashe is one of the artists we’ve completely fallen in love with recently! If you watch her Lollapalooza set, you’ll see exactly why. From the first song to the last, she had the entire audience captivated and having the time of their lives.
