Artists On The Road – This Week’s Updates!

Welcome back to Artists On The Road – The Honey POP’s place for all things tour related! And what an incredible week it has been for tour announcements!

Sea Girls

Following the huge success of their top three debut album in 2020, one of the UK’s finest rock bands, Sea Girls, have announced a UK tour. The artists will be on the road in October and will visit many places including Birmingham, Sheffield, Liverpool and London! Sea Girls have also announced that rising anti-pop star Baby Queen will be the supporting act. As well as this, the artists will also be touring Europe in 2022. Cleopatrick

Following the release of their gargantuan debut album BUMMER, Canadian duo Cleopatrick have announced extensive European tour dates for 2022 – including their biggest headline show to date at London’s Electric Ballroom! The tour named, after the band’s album, is set to kick off after the band’s forthcoming completely sold out November headline UK tour and will see the artists on the road with support from band Sick Joy, who will also be joining them on their US tour! The European tour which will begin March next year will see the band play in Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam, as well as many places in the UK. Paloma Faith

Singer/Songwriter Paloma Faith is set to embark on her UK 21 date tour in support of her latest album, Infinite Things this fall! Fans can expect to hear music from the new album which was written during the pandemic. This record is a rumination on sickness and loss. It’s about finding your way back to romance within a long term relationship. It’s her most confident record yet and we love it! The artist will be taking the intimate album on the road from September 16th and will continue until the tour wraps up in Liverpool on October 26th. The tour will include Paloma performing two nights at the London Palladium on the 22nd & 23rd September, some of her biggest shows to date. Tilian

This week, Los Angeles-based alternative singer, songwriter, and producer Tilian, announces The Factory Reset Tour. This tour is a North American headline tour that is set to begin February 2022. This will be Tilian’s first tour since the April 2021 release of his new album Factory Reset. Alongside Tilian on the tour, will be supporting artists: Royal Coda, Tillie and Moxy. The artist will be on the road for this 22 date tour and will be playing in Phoenix, Toronto, Detroit and many more! Tickets for The Factory Reset Tour are on sale now and you can find them here.

…And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead

Earlier this week, …And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead announce a December headline tour! This will be the band’s first US tour since their world tour, celebrating their 25-year anniversary and critically acclaimed 10th studio album X: The Godless Void and Other Stories, got cut short due to the pandemic. The December run is only the second leg of dates supporting the new LP and the band’s anniversary. The upcoming North American tour dates are set to begin in early December this year and tickets can be bought here.

8123 Fest

The 8123 Fest has revealed its full lineup, with the festival set to take place in Phoenix in January 2022. The festival began in 2017 and since then, the festival has only grown – seeing it double in size and sell out in its second year. This time around, fans can not only expect the main festival date – but multiple side shows, a themed afterparty, an opportunity to get involved with an impactful volunteer day, and so much more! The festival is an opportunity for fans and bands to reunite and experience the magic that music holds in its ability to bring people together. And after nearly two years apart, it’s a promise of hope on the horizon. The lineup for this festival will include The Maine, Tessa Violet, The Summer Set and more. The Juliana Theory

Emo/alternative rock pioneers The Juliana Theory are set to kick-off their U.S. co-headlining tour with Mae this September! Kicking off on September 3rd, The Emotion Is The Everglow Tour 2021 will feature a full-band performance from The Juliana Theory playing their 2000 release Emotion Is Dead, showcasing classics such as ‘We’re At The Top Of The World’ and ‘If I Told You This Was Killing Me, Would You Stop?,’ and Mae playing 2005’s The Everglow. Kacey Musgraves

This week, Kacey Musgraves announces her special North American headlining tour dates in support of her new record and film star-crossed, out September 10th. The 15-city tour titled, star-crossed: unveiled will see the artist on the road January 2022 alongside supporting artists  King Princess and MUNA.
