Enrique Iglesias’ Final Vol. 1 Hits Different

Global superstar Enrique Iglesias has just dropped his eleventh studio album Final Vol. 1! This two-part album will be Enrique’s final album. The release date for Vol. 2 has yet to be announced. But don’t worry; he has clarified that he will not be retiring from music just yet!

Enrique Iglesias’ Final Vol. 1 has seen massive worldwide success in the first week of its release. The album has accumulated 7 billion streams and 57 platinum and 10 gold album certifications across 30 countries!

Final Vol. 1 has 11 tracks, including five brand new singles and six sensational collaborations that have been released over the past few years. Enrique has songs in Spanish and English, and we at THP can’t get enough! Here are five of our favorite tracks on his album, which was not an easy decision to make!

Enrique wears his heart on his sleeve in the new single ‘Pendejo.’ He sings about the seemingly endless cycle of love and heartbreak that comes with a fickle relationship. It’s about being someone’s second choice yet somehow falling for them again and again like a pendejo, or a stupid person. This is a song for anyone who’s ever been played.

‘All About You’

‘All About You’ is a new, all-English song about missing someone after a breakup. You can only think about that one person, and you’re reminded of them in everything you do. And even when you’re sleeping, lying awake, or drinking, you can’t push the thoughts of them away. We needed this.

‘Me Pasé’ Feat. Farruko

Go ahead and add ‘Me Pasé’ to your list of party songs because you can get down to this song. ‘Me Pasé’ was released ahead of the album in July, and it’s fitting for the summer. Enrique and Farruko sing about partying too hard and ending up with another person. And you may get in trouble from getting carried away by the music, but it happens.

‘Duele El Corazón’ Feat. Wisin

Enrique’s songs in Final Vol. 1 really hit different. ‘Duele El Corazón’ feat. Wisin was released in 2016, but we’re still vibing to it. This song is about you wanting to be with someone, but that person doesn’t know what they want. And they stay with someone who makes them cry rather than go be happy with you. The heart may hurt, but the song is so good!

‘Te Fuiste’ Feat. Myke Towers

‘Te Fuiste’ is a new song about feelings of loss after someone has left you. You wonder why they left and why you’re still thinking of them. The lyrics are beautiful and relatable, and Myke Towers‘ verse is an amazing addition. Plus, the way Enrique rolls his r’s should count as ASMR.

As we continue to enjoy Final Vol. 1, Enrique prepares to kick off his legendary North American tour with Ricky Martin and special guest Sebastián Yatra! This will be Enrique’s first tour since 2017, and we’ve been waiting for his return to the stage.

As he enters a new chapter of his life, we aren’t sure if this tour will be his last. Although Enrique has said he isn’t retiring from music, will he still continue to perform? Don’t miss the chance to see these two legends live! Tickets are available on Live Nation.
